Abstract
Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah menilai kinerja tenaga pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq Markaz Al-Zamil di Sukabumi, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam menilai kemajuan dan perampingan lembaga pendidikan serta kesesuaian dengan misi dan visi mereka. Ada berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap variasi kinerja, dan penelitian ini menyoroti dua elemen utama, yaitu Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi, khususnya pada tenaga pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi mempengaruhi Kinerja tenaga pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Sukabumi. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh yang akan melibatkan 65 responden. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan prosedur perolehan data yang melibatkan serangkaian eksplorasi lapangan dan tinjauan literatur yang mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik koefisien pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis analisis uji-t dan analisis uji-f. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Karakteristik Individu dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pengajar di Pondok Pesantresn Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Sukabumi The main focus of this research is to assess the performance of the teaching staff at Al-Ma'tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi, which is an important aspect in assessing the progress and downsizing of educational institutions as well as conformity with their mission and vision. There are various factors that contribute to variations in performance, and this study highlights two main elements, namely Individual Characteristics and Motivation, specifically in the teaching staff at Al-Ma'tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi. The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of how Individual Characteristics and Motivation affect the Performance of teaching staff at Al-Ma'tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi. The sampling method in this study is saturated sampling which will involve 65 respondents. This research will use descriptive and verification approaches, with data acquisition procedures involving a series of field explorations and in-depth literature reviews. This study uses the Pearson product moment coefficient technique and multiple linear regression analysis. By using hypothesis testing t-test analysis and f-test analysis. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics and motivation affect the performance of teaching staff at Pondok Pesantresn Al-Ma'tuq Markaz Al-Zamil Sukabumi.
