Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Produksi Tayangan Streaming Open Mic Merdeka dalam Membentuk Citra Humanis Pejabat”. Citra pejabat publik sering kali terlihat kaku dan kurang dekat dengan masyarakat, yang berdampak pada hubungan dan kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintahan. Program Open Mic Merdeka, yang diproduksi oleh Merdeka.com dan ditayangkan di Vidio.com serta kanal YouTube MerdekaDotCom, bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menyajikan pejabat dalam format bercerita pribadi yang diselingi humor. Program ini mengedepankan pendekatan humanis dengan menampilkan sisi pribadi, keluarga, dan pandangan hidup pejabat secara ringan namun bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana desain produksi program ini, dari pra-produksi, produksi, hingga pasca-produksi, serta bentuk audio visualnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji efektivitas program dalam membentuk citra humanis pejabat. Penelitian ini menerapkan teori Uses and Gratification, dan menggunakan konsep Mise-en-scene dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi-kuantitatif, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan pengamatan melalui respons komentar di YouTube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi pada program open mic merdeka sudah mencakup Standar Operational Production (SOP), program ini juga dinilai efektif dalam mendekatkan pejabat dengan masyarakat, mengurangi kesenjangan, dan membentuk citra humanis yang positif. ; This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Production Design of Open Mic Merdeka Streaming Show in Shaping the Humanist Image of Officials". The image of public officials is often seen as rigid and less close to the community, which has an impact on public relations and trust in government. Merdeka's Open Mic program, produced by Merdeka.com and aired on Vidio.com and MerdekaDotCom's YouTube channel, aims to address this problem by presenting officials in a personal storytelling format interspersed with humor. The program puts forward a humanist approach by presenting the personal, family, and outlook on life of officials in a light yet meaningful way. This research aims to find out how the production design of this program, from pre-production, production, to post-production, as well as its audio-visual form. In addition, this study also examines the effectiveness of the program in shaping the humanist image of officials. This research applies the theory of uses and Gratification, and uses the concept of Mise-en-scene with the research method used is descriptive qualitative with a semi-quantitative approach, involving interviews, observations, documentation, questionnaires, and observations through comment responses on YouTube. The results show that the production of the independent open mic program has covered the Standard Operational Production (SOP), this program is also considered effective in bringing officials closer to the community, reducing gaps, and forming a positive humanist image.
