Abstract

Fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah penyelenggaraan diklatsar outbound training yang dilaksanakan oleh Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ekonomi Syariah (LP2ES) Learning Center Bandung yang diikuti oleh karyawan baru Bank BNI Syariah Jakarta. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui 1) proses diklatsar outbond training di LP2ES, 2) yang diperoleh dari diklatsar outbond training di LP2ES, 3) faktor mendukung keberhasilan diklatsar outbond training di LP2ES, dan 4) bagaimana lulusan memanfaatkan hasil yang diperoleh pada diklatsar outbond training di LP2ES. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang manager LP2ES, satu orang supervisor LP2ES, dan tiga orang peserta diklat. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) proses diklatsar sudah berjalan sesuai apa yang dibutuhkan client dan apa yang sudah direncanakan bersama antara pihak penyelenggara dan client. 2) hasil yang diperoleh pada saat diklatsar sudah memuaskan penyelenggara, client serta para fasilitator. 3) faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan diklatsar ini antara lain: pendekatan yang dilakukan lebih kepada sisi spritual peserta, program yang ditawarkan merupakan kebutuhan pasar, juga memberi solusi yang berorientasi pada masalah yang dihadapi, narasumber yang dipakai pun adalah seseorang yang memang sudah ahli dalam bidangnya, serta kurikulum yang dipakai dirancang sendiri yang bersumber dari aa Gym. 4) lulusan sangat bisa memanfaatkan ilmu yang didapat karena materi-materi yang diberikan sudah disesuaikan dengan apa yang biasa dilakukan sehari-hari. The main focus of this research is implementation of outbound training conducted by Islamic Economics Education and Training Institute (LP2ES) Learning Center Bandung, followed by new employees of Jakarta Islamic BNI Bank. The goal is to determine: 1) The process of outbond training in LP2ES, 2) The benefit of outbond training in LP2ES, 3) Supporting success factors of outbound training in LP2ES, and 4) How the graduates utilize obtained results in LP2ES. This research uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. This research uses data collection techniques such as observasion, interviews, and study documention. The sources of data in this study obtained from two LP2ES manager, one LP2ES supervisor, and three participants of training. The results show that 1) basic training process is going according to what the client needs and what has been planned jointly between the organizers and the client. 2) the obtained results during basic training have been satisfied the organizers, the client and the facilitator. 3) the factors that support this successful training are : spiritual approach to the participants, the offered program is what market needs, also provide solutions to the problems faced oriented, also used informants is someone who is already an expert in the field, as well as self-designed curriculum used is sourced from aa gym. 4) highly graduates can take advantage of the knowledge gained since the materials provided are tailored to what is usually done daily.
