Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran langsung dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bermain angklung pada peserta didik tunagrahita. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi subjek yang memiliki kesulitan dalam bermain angklung sehingga subjek memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut terkait hal ini. Subjek sering kali mengalami ketertinggalan terutama dalam ketepatan membunyikan dan teknik membunyikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen Penelitian Subjek Tunggal atau Single Subject Research (SSR). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu A-B-A. Subjek pada penelitian ini satu peserta didik tunagrahita di SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dalam membaca partitur sesuai notasi bagiannya yaitu mampu memperhatikan partitur serta mampu menyebutkan nada yang dimainkan, ketepatan dalam membunyikan angklung agar tidak terlambat sesuai notasi bagiannya, dan ketepatan dalam menggunakan teknik kurulung sesuai notasi bagiannya pada notasi yang bernilai satu atau dua ketuk. This study aims to determine the application of direct learning models in improving the ability to play angklung in intelectual disability students. The implementation of this study was motivated by subject who had difficulty playing angklung so that the subject needed further treatment related to this. Subject often experience lags, especially in the accuracy of sounding accuracy and sounding techniques. The research method used was a Single Subject Research (SSR) experiment. The research design used was A-B-A. The subject in this study was a intellectual disability student at SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang. The results of the study showed an increase in reading scores according to the notation of the parts, namely being able to pay attention to the scores and being able to mention the notes played, accuracy in playing the angklung so as not to be late according to the notation of the parts, and accuracy in using the kurulung technique according to the notation of the parts on notations that are worth one or two beats.
