Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pengembangan wisata di Geger Bintang Matahari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran kualitatif dan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas pengelola, perwakilan LMDH, akademisi dan wisatawan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan survey lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi wisata serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan wisata, berikutnya menentukan strategi pengembangan dengan metode AHP. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dengan software expert choice versi 11. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa destinasi wisata Geger Bintang Matahari memiliki potensi wisata berupa beragam daya tarik yang terdiri atas alam, budaya & buatan dan tersedia fasilitas lengkap serta dapat diakses oleh kendaraan umum maupun pribadi walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan namun tetap menarik minat kunjungan wisatawan. Kemudian terdapat lima faktor pendukung dan lima faktor penghambat pengembangan wisata di Geger Bintang Matahari. Lalu berdasarkan hasil perhitungan olah data AHP, dapat diambil keputusan bahwa implementasi strategi pengembangan wisata jangka pendek di Geger Bintang Matahari diawali oleh prioritas utama yaitu kriteria fasilitas dengan alternatif menambah fasilitas kebersihan dan memperbaiki fasilitas wisata yang rusak. Kemudian prioritas kedua, yaitu kriteria aksesibilitas dengan alternatif perbaikan infrastruktur jalan. Berikutnya prioritas ketiga, yaitu kriteria kelembagaan dengan alternatif meningkatkan pengawasan. Selanjutnya prioritas keempat, yaitu kriteria pemasaran dengan alternatif mengoptimalkan website & sosial media resmi. Lalu prioritas terakhir yaitu kriteria daya tarik dengan alternatif membuat sistem zonasi. Sedangkan untuk strategi jangka panjang sebaiknya pengelola beserta masyarakat Gunung Putri mengadaptasi konsep desa wisata. This research aims to design a tourism development strategy in Geger Bintang Matahari. This research uses qualitative mixed methods and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The sampling technique used was non probability sampling and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Informants in this study consisted of managers, representatives of LMDH, academics and tourists. This research begins with a field survey to identify tourism potential as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for tourism development, then determine development strategies using the AHP method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the tourist destination of Geger Bintang Matahari has tourism potential in the form of a variety of attractions consisting of nature, culture & artificial and complete facilities are available and can be accessed by public and private vehicles although there are still shortcomings but still attract tourist visits. Then there are five supporting factors and five inhibiting factors for tourism development in Geger Bintang Matahari. Then based on the results of AHP data processing calculations, it can be decided that the implementation of short-term tourism development strategies in Geger Bintang Matahari is initiated by the top priority, namely facility criteria with alternatives to add cleaning facilities and repair damaged tourist facilities. Then the second priority, namely the accessibility criteria with alternative road infrastructure improvements. Next is the third priority, namely institutional criteria with alternatives to increase supervision. Then the fourth priority, namely marketing criteria with alternatives to optimize official websites & social media. Then the last priority is the attraction criteria with the alternative of making a zoning system. As for the long-term strategy, the manager and the Gunung Putri community should adapt the concept of a tourist village.
