Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran guru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Kinerja guru yang optimal sebagai penunjang utama terciptanya lingkungan pendidikan yang efektif dan bermutu. Guru adalah individu yang mempengaruhi jalannya pelaksanaan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Banyak faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kinerja guru diantaranya adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan penghargaan/reward terhadap guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dan Penghargaan/reward terhadap kinerja guru. Jumlah subjek penelitian berjumlah 58 orang, dengan menggunakan model pengumpulan data skala likert dan data dokumentasi kinerja guru. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh OCB dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan data hiposesis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan linieritas data, yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel OCB dan penghargaan/reward terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa OCB dan pemberian penghargaan/reward kepada guru dapat mempengaruhi kineja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Optimal teacher performance is the main support for creating an effective and quality educational environment. Teachers are individuals who influence the implementation of quality education. Many factors have the potential to influence teacher performance, including Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and appreciation for teachers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and appreciation on teacher performance. The number of research subjects was 58 people, using a Likert scale data collection model and documentation data on teacher performance. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of OCB and appreciation on teacher performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data hypothesis examination uses data normality and data linearity tests, which are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the OCB variables and appreciation/rewards on teacher performance both partially and jointly. This shows that OCB and giving awards to teachers can influence teacher performance in the learning process. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), appreciation and teacher performance
