    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi pengetahuan bahan yang dibuktikan dalam nilai ulangan harian peserta didik yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 52,7. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada guru sehingga siswa kurang terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran partisipasi dengan hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan model ekspositori. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Bandung dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 siswa dari peserta didik kelas X TM 3 dan X TM 4. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dari penerapan model pembelajaran partisipasi di kelas X TM 3. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Asymp.Sig (0,001) < 0,05. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 93,38 dan rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas kontrol sebesar 83,51. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran partisipasi dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori.

    This research was motivated by the lack of understanding of students on material knowledge as evidenced in the daily test scores of students who have not met the minimum completeness criteria with an average score of 52.7. This is caused by teacher centered learning so that students are less involved in learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in learning outcomes of classes using the participatory learning with the learning outcomes of classes using the expository model. The method used in this research is quasi experimental with nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung with a research sample of 74 students from class X TM 3 and X TM 4. Based on the results of the analysis using the Mann-Whitney test, it shows that there are differences in learning outcomes from the application of the participation learning model in class X TM 3. This result is evidenced by the Asymp.Sig value (0.001) <0.05. The average learning outcomes in the experimental class were 93.38 and the average learning outcomes in the control class were 83.51. These results indicate that there is a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class using the participatory learning and the control class using the expository learning.
