Abstract

Penerapan self-directed learning (SDL) dalam pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning ini memiliki tantangan tersendiri bagi setiap peserta yang mengikutinya, dan berikut terdapat hasil temuan lapangan mengenai beberapa penyebab kurangnya penerapan SDL pada peserta, di antaranya; peserta pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning tidak memiliki strategi pembelajaran dalam mengikuti pelatihan skill online tersebut, jadwal khusus untuk kegiatan belajarnya, dan dalam seminggu hanya mengakses video pelatihan sebanyak 1-2 kali, dan durasi yang dihabiskan dalam setiap mengakses video 15-30 menit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui lingkungan belajar digital peserta pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning di platform Belajarskill.id; 2) mengetahui tingkat self-directed learning pada peserta pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning di platform Belajarskill.id; 3) mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan belajar digital dengan self-directed learning. Penelitian ini menggunaka pendekatan kuantitatif dengen metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 367 peserta pelatihan di platform e-learning Belajarskill.id. Informasi diperoleh melalui kuesiner yang disebarkan secara online. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa; 1) Lingkungan belajar digital pada peserta pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning di platform Belajarskill.id, berada pada kategori baik, ini menunjukkan lingkungan belajar digital yang positif di platform Belajarskill.id; 2) Tingkat self-directed learning pada peserta pelatihan keterampilan berbasis e-learning di platform Belajarskill.id, berada pada kategori tinggi, ini menandakan bahwa usaha-usaha dalam meningkatkan self-directed learning tersebut telah memberikan hasil yang positif; 3) Lingkungan belajar digital memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan self-directed learning di platform e-learning Belajarskill.id. The application of self-directed learning (SDL) in e-learning-based skills training has its own challenges for each participant who follows it, and here are the results of field findings regarding several causes of the lack of application of SDL in participants, including; e-learning-based skills training participants do not have a learning strategy in participating in the online skills training, a special schedule for their learning activities, and in a week only access the training video 1-2 times, and the duration spent in each video access is 15-30 minutes. The objectives of this study are to: 1) determine the level of acceptance of the digital learning environment of e-learning-based skills training participants on the Belajarskill.id platform; 2) determine the level of self-directed learning in e-learning-based skills training participants on the Belajarskill.id platform; 3) determine the relationship between the digital learning environment and self-directed learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample in this study consisted of 367 trainees on the Belajarskill.id e-learning platform. Information was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online. The results of the study found that; 1) The level of acceptance of the digital learning environment in e-learning-based skills training participants on the Belajarskill.id platform, is in a good category, this indicates a positive level of acceptance of the digital learning environment on the Belajarskill.id platform; 2) The level of self-directed learning in e-learning-based skills training participants on the Belajarskill.id platform, is in the high category, this indicates that efforts to improve self-directed learning have produced positive results; 3) The digital learning environment has a positive relationship with self-directed learning on the Belajarskill.id e-learning platform.
