Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH AKSESIBILITAS DAN KEBERAGAMAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG PADA PEMENTASAN RAMAYANA BALLET Oleh Chika Felanisa Ayudeha 2007004 Pertunjukan Ramayana Ballet Prambanan merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata budaya terkemuka di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Meski demikian, masih ada beberapa aspek yang menjadi keluhan para pengunjung, terutama terkait dengan kemudahan akses dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis bagaimana akses dan variasi fasilitas mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan wisatawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 29. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 105 responden yang pernah mengunjungi pertunjukan Ramayana Ballet Prambanan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa baik kemudahan akses maupun variasi fasilitas memiliki dampak positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Secara bersamaan, kedua faktor tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 73%, sementara 27% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam cakupan penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek utama yang diteliti yaitu aksesibilitas, keberagaman fasilitas, dan kepuasan pengunjung semuanya berada pada tingkat yang tinggi. Aksesibilitas dinilai baik, mencakup aspek spasial, psikologis, ekonomi, dan sosial. Fasilitas yang tersedia juga mendapatkan penilaian positif, meliputi fasilitas utama, pendukung, dan penunjang. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan pengunjung secara keseluruhan sangat tinggi, mencerminkan bahwa pengalaman wisata memenuhi harapan mereka, serta minat untuk merekomendasikan dan melakukan kunjungan ulang. Kata kunci: Pariwisata, Aksesibilitas, Keberagaman Fasilitas, Kepuasan Pengunjung, Ramayana Ballet Prambanan ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF ACCESSIBILITY AND DIVERSITY OF FACILITIES ON VISITOR SATISFACTION AT RAMAYANA BALLET PERFORMANCES Chika Felanisa Ayudeha 2007004 The Ramayana Ballet Prambanan performance is one of the leading cultural tourist attractions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. However, there are still several aspects that visitors complain about, especially related to ease of access and availability of facilities. This study is intended to analyze how access and variety of facilities influence the level of tourist satisfaction. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, with data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques using IBM SPSS version 29 software. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who had visited the Ramayana Ballet Prambanan performance. Research findings reveal that both ease of access and variety of facilities have a positive impact on visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two factors provide a significant positive influence on visitor satisfaction of 73%, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this research. The results of the analysis show that the main aspects studied namely accessibility, diversity of facilities, and visitor satisfaction are all at a high level. Accessibility is rated as very good, covering spatial, psychological, economic and social aspects. The available facilities also received a positive assessment, including main, supporting and ancillary facilities. In addition, the overall level of visitor satisfaction was very high, reflecting that the tourism experience met their expectations, as well as an interest in recommending and repeat visits.
