Abstract
Kecerdasan merupakan bagian dari diri setiap individu yang perlu dikembangkan. Salah satu jenis kecerdasan yang ada dalam diri setiap individu adalah kecerdasan interpersonal. Upaya untuk melatih kecerdasan interpersonal dalam pendidikan adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Model Pembelajaran student team achievement division dapat menjadi alternatif untuk melatih kecerdasan interpersonal karena model pembelajaran student team achievement division memiliki karakteristik tersendiri dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran student team achievement division terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik di SMAN 1 Sukaraja Kab. Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Sukaraja Kab. Sukabumi yakni rendahnya tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik khususnya dalam hal komunikasi, bekerja sama, dan empati. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian expost facto melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang kemudian disebarkan kepada 72 peserta didik sebagai sampel penelitian yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran student team achievement division memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik pada aspek social communication, social insight, dan social sensitivity. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran student team achievement division pada pembelajaran dapat berpengaruh pada kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik. Model pembelajaran ini dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan pemahaman situasi peserta didik. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Interpersonal, Model Pembelajaran, Student Team Achievement Division Intelligence is a part of every individual that needs to be developed. One type of intelligence that exists in every individual is interpersonal intelligence. Efforts to train interpersonal intelligence in education are by implementing the right learning model. The Student team achievement division learning model can be an alternative to train interpersonal intelligence because the student team achievement division learning model has its own characteristics in its implementation. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of the student team achievement division learning model on the interpersonal intelligence of students at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Kab. Sukabumi. This research was motivated by the problems that occurred at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Kab. Sukabumi, namely the low level of interpersonal intelligence of students, especially in terms of communication, cooperation, and empathy. This research was conducted using the ex post facto research method through a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which was then distributed to 72 students as a research samples selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the student team achievement division learning model has a positive influence on students interpersonal intelligence in the aspects of social communication, social insight, and social sensitivity. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the student team achievement division learning model in learning can affect students' interpersonal intelligence. This learning model can help improve students' communication, collaboration, and situational understanding skills.
