Abstract

Pelatihan berbasis kompetensi ditujukan sebagai cara mengukur kemampuan pemandu. Biasanya pemandu di ukur melalui kompetensi yang berdasarkan pada pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan menjadi fokus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota klab dalam kegiatan kepemanduan. Proses pelaksanaan pelatihan menerapkan ilmu andragogi dengan metode ceramah, simulasi dan praktek. Melalui screening anggota klab akan diuji dasar kemampuan agar selanjutnya bisa melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai pemandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi bagi pemandu museum di Klab Edukator Sahabat Museum Konferensi Asia Afrika. Pelatihan pemandu ini memiliki konsep yang didasari SKKNI No. 58 tahun 2009. Dengan dasar acuan tersebut, setiap anggota klab yang mengikuti kegiatan diharapkan bisa menguasai kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan melibatkan penyelenggara kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan berlangsung dengan baik sehingga mampu meluluskan 14 angkatan. Anggota klab menguasai setiap unit kompetensi dari dasar SKKNI yang ada. Perkembangan dari pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk anggota berlangsung dengan baik, kompetensi berdasarkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah kompetensi seperti pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan anggota klab bisa dikuasi dengan baik secara keseluruhan. Melalui pelatihan peningkatan kualitas diri untuk menjadi pemandu yang lebih baik. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang dibutuhkan di masa depan. Competency-based training is intended as a way to measure a guide's abilities. Usually guides are measured through competency based on knowledge, attitudes and skills. The implementation of training is focused on improving the abilities of club members in scouting activities. The training implementation process applies the science of andragogy using lecture, simulation and practice methods. Through screening, club members will be tested on basic abilities so that they can then carry out their duties and responsibilities as guides. This research aims to describe the process of implementing competency-based training for museum guides at the Friends of the Asian-African Conference Museum Educator Club. This guide training has a concept based on SKKNI No. 58 of 2009. Based on this reference, every club member who takes part in the activity is expected to master the competencies. This research uses a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and involves training activity organizers. The research results showed that the training was carried out well so that 14 classes were able to graduate. Club members master each competency unit from the existing SKKNI base. The development of the implementation of training for members is progressing well, competency based on knowledge, attitudes and skills. The conclusion of the research is that competencies such as knowledge, attitudes and skills of club members can be mastered well as a whole. Through training, improve your quality to become a better guide. In addition, this research can provide recommendations needed in the future.
