Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada efektivitas pelatihan dan peningkatan kompetensi Instruktur sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi instruktur dengan mengambil studi kasus di Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Jawa Barat. Dengan dinamisnya kehidupan dan perkembangab zaman diperlukan adaptabilitas dan fleksibelitas organisasi, terutama pada pengembangan sumber daya manusianya. Melalui pelaihan diharapkan dapat membentuk instruktur yang kompeten agar SDM organisasi IMM dapat terus mendukung pergerakkan dan perkembangan organisasi Muhammadiyah sebagai Learning Organization dengan melahirkan SDM yang berkualitas untuk mengisi ruang-ruang organisasi berdasarkan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan tidak mengesampingkan professional pada profesi SDM-nya masing-masing. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, analisis dokumentasi dan observasi menggunakan software NVivo 14 Plus dan diperkuat dengan analisis SWOT untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensip dan holistik terkait kasus yang diteliti. Melalui temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang pentingnya efektivitas pelatihan instruktur agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi instruktur di IMM. Dampak dari penelitian menjadi merekomendasi konkret untuk IMM guna mengoptimalkan pelatihan instruktur agar terlaksana secara efektif. Hasil penelitian inidiharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi IMM se-Indonesia dalam melaksanakan pelatihan instruktur, agar terlaksan pelatihan yang berkualitas dan meningkatkan kompetensi instruktur.; This research focuses on the effectiveness of training and improving instructor competence by taking a case study at the West Java Regional Leadership Council of the Muhammadiyah Student Association. With the dynamic life and development of the times, organizational adaptability and flexibility are needed, especially in the development of human resources. Through training, it is hoped that it can form competent instructors so that the IMM organization's human resources can continue to support the movement and development of the Muhammadiyah organization as a Learning Organization by producing quality human resources to fill organizational spaces based on Islamic values by not ruling out professionals in their respective HR professions. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interview data collection techniques, documentation analysis, and observation using NVivo 14 Plus software and strengthened with SWOT analysis to get a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the case under study. The research findings are expected to provide in-depth insight into the importance of instructor training effectiveness in improving instructor competence in IMM. The impact of the research is a concrete recommendation for IMM to optimize instructor training to be carried out effectively. The results of this research are expected to provide guidance for IMM throughout Indonesia in carrying out instructor training, in order to carry out quality training and improve instructor competence.
