Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengaruh performance expectancy, social influence, dan behavioral intention pada pengguna QRIS di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5.170.000 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 272 responden yang merupakan pengguna QRIS di Jawa Barat dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji intrumen yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi berganda dengan alat bantu IBM Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan social influence tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. This study aims to obtain an overview and influence of performance expectancy, social influence, and behavioral intention on QRIS users in West Java. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 5,170,000 people with a sample of 272 respondents who were QRIS users in West Java with purposive sampling technique. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test and the analysis technique used is multiple regression test with IBM Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 26.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy affects behavioral intention, while social influence has no effect on behavioral intention.
