Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang sistematik untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta didiknya Salah satu kebutuhan layanan bagi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah yaitu membutuhkan layanan pendidikan yang dapat mengakomodasi pendidikan kecakapan hidup untuk bekal dalam dunia kerja Untuk mengakomodir tuntutan lapangan, makan sekolah harus memberikan layanan pembelajaran yang di mana dapat memberikan bekal yang besar terhadap perkembangan hard skill dan soft skill pada anak SL. Pendidikan vokasional di sekolah hanya memberi pembelajaran kepada siswa untuk menghasilkan suatu prodak atau jasa, tampa memperhatikan aspek aspek sesuai standar yang ada di luar sekolah seperti kemampuan mengembangan sebuah prodak dan jasa, bagaimana memasarka prodak dan jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan program keterampilan vokasional tata boga berbasis teaching factory di SLB Cicendo. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain eksploratori Pengembangan program pembelajaran vokasional tata boga merupakan tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini mulai dari tahap, melihat kondisi objektif dengan pengembangan program vokasional di SLB Cicendo bandung Education is a systematic process to develop the knowledge and abilities of students. One of the service needs for students with special needs in schools is the need for educational services that can accommodate life skills education for provision in the world of work. To accommodate the demands of the field, schools must provide learning services. which can provide a large provision for the development of hard skills and soft skills in SL children. Vocational education in schools only teaches students to produce a product or service, without paying attention to aspects according to standards that exist outside of school, such as the ability to develop a product and service, how to market products and services. The aim of this research is to develop a teaching factory-based vocational skills program at SLB Cicendo. Based on the objectives of this study, the method used was descriptive qualitative with an exploratory design. The development of a vocational learning program for culinary arts is the ultimate goal of this research starting from the stage, looking at objective conditions with the development of a vocational program at SLB Cicendo Bandung.
