Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan analisis Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 Klausul 7 di divisi General Affair (GA) pada PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 40 karyawan di divisi General Affair (GA) pada PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan rating scale 5 skor, yang mengukur variabel fasilitas kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk telah menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang baik berdasarkan analisis Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 Klausul 7 bagi karyawan di divisi General Affair (GA); (2) peniliaian kinerja karyawan General Affair (GA) menunjukan nilai yang sangat tinggi berdasarkan analisis Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 Klausul 7; (3) fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan analisis Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 Klausul 7. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi pemahaman Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) di lingkungan organisasi serupa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to examine the influence of workplace facilities on employee performance based on the analysis of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7 in the General Affairs (GA) division at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk. The background of this research is the still low employee performance. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The research respondents consisted of 40 employees in the General Affairs (GA) division at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a 5-point rating scale, which measured the variables of workplace facilities and employee performance. The collected data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that: (1) PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk has provided good workplace facilities based on the analysis of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7 for employees in the General Affairs (GA) division; (2) the performance evaluation of General Affairs (GA) employees shows very high scores based on the analysis of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7; (3) workplace facilities have a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the analysis of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7. The implications of this study can be useful for understanding the Quality Management System (QMS) in similar organizational environments to improve employee performance.
