    Abstract

    Kabupaten Garut adalah salah satu wilayah yang dijuluki etalase bencana karena memiliki tingkat frekuensi bencana yang tinggi. Kondisi tofografi kabupaten garut yang terletak pada Ring of Fire menyebabkan potensi terjadinya bencana gempa bumi, tsunami, dan tanah longsor. Bencana tersebut memiliki kesinambungan bahaya sehingga disebut dengan multihazard. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, kerentanan, dan risiko terhadap bencana multihazard di Kabupaten Garut serta membangun peta mitigasi bencana berbasis Sistem Infomasi Geografis (SIG). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan analisis spasial dengan memanfaatkan data spasial dari InaRisk, yang diproses menggunakan ArcGIS 10.8. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan penilaian yang lebih akurat terhadap potensi bahaya, kerentanan, dan risiko bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah Kabupaten Garut memiliki variasi tingkat risiko yang signifikan, bergantung pada jenis bencana multihazard dan karakteristik geografis masing-masing daerah. Hasil penyusunan peta risiko bencana ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya mitigasi bencana yang efektif. Agar peta tersebut dapat diakases secara umum maka diperlukan tranformasi digital, upaya yang dilakukan adalah pembuatan web berbasis sistem informasi geografis yang berisikan hasil dari peta risiko bencana di Kabupaten Garut.

    Garut Regency is one of the areas dubbed a disaster showcase because it has a high frequency of disasters. The topographic conditions of Garut Regency, which is located on the Ring of Fire, cause the potential for earthquakes, tsunamis, and landslides. These disasters have a continuity of danger so they are called multihazards. This study aims to identify potential hazards, vulnerabilities, and risks to multihazard disasters in Garut Regency and to build a disaster mitigation map based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The methodology used in this study involves spatial analysis by utilizing spatial data from InaRisk, which is processed using ArcGIS 10.8. This approach allows for a more accurate assessment of potential hazards, vulnerabilities, and disaster risks. The results of the study show that the Garut Regency area has significant variations in risk levels, depending on the type of multihazard disaster and the geographical characteristics of each region. The results of compiling this disaster risk map can be one of the effective disaster mitigation efforts. In order for the map to be publicly accessible, digital transformation is needed, the efforts made are to create a web based on a geographic information system that contains the results of the disaster risk map in Garut Regency.
