Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran pop up book. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak X. Siswa di Taman Kanak-kanak X telah menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran pop-up book. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kuasi eksperimen dengan format one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling, yaitu melibatkan seluruh anggota kelas sebagai partisipan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas B di Taman Kanak-kanak X. Penerapan di kelas eksperimen dinilai sebelum dan sesudah pengenalan media pembelajaran pop-up book. Hasil penerapan media pembelajaran pop-up book, jika dibandingkan dengan tanpa media tersebut, menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan bahasa reseptif yang cukup signifikan, tergolong sangat baik. ----- This research aims to describe children's receptive language abilities through the use of pop-up book learning media. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The goal of this research is to improve the receptive language abilities of 5-6-year-old children at Kindergarten X. Students at Kindergarten X have shown significant improvement through the use of pop-up book learning media. The research design used is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest format. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling, which involves all class members as participants. The sample in this study consists of all Class B students at Kindergarten X. The application in the experimental class is assessed before and after the introduction of pop-up book learning media. The results of using pop-up book learning media, compared to without using such media, show a significant improvement in receptive language abilities, classified as very good.
