Abstract
Penalaran kreatif adalah kemampuan memberikan strategi penyelesaian yang dikembangkan sendiri dengan masuk akal dan berdasar kepada konsep matematika. Kepercayaan diri adalah persepsi terhadap kemampuan mencapai hasil yang baik. Kemampuan penalaran kreatif dan kepercayaan diri penting untuk dimiliki siswa namun cenderung belum tercapai. Salah satu alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan penalaran kreatif dan kepercayaan diri adalah penggunaan bahan ajar matematika terintegrasi nilai keislaman berbasis model discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan penalaran kreatif siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa kelompok eksperimen serta gambaran kemampuan penalaran kreatif ditinjau dari tingkat kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis kuasi eksperimen dan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII salah satu MTs di kota Depok berjumlah 47 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan penalaran kreatif siswa kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol; tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa kelompok eksperimen sebagian besar adalah kategori sedang; gambaran penalaran kreatif siswa kelompok eksperimen ditinjau dari tingkat kepercayaan diri antara lain yaitu pencapaian penalaran kreatif kategori sedang terlihat pada semua tingkat kepercayaan diri, namun kategori tinggi dan rendah hanya muncul pada siswa dengan kepercayaan diri sedang. Peningkatan penalaran kreatif juga bervariasi, dengan peningkatan kategori tinggi hanya terlihat pada siswa dengan kepercayaan diri sedang. Creative reasoning is the ability to provide self-developed solution strategies that make sense and are based on mathematical concepts. Self-confidence is the perception of the ability to achieve good results. Creative reasoning and self-confidence are important for students to have but tend not to be achieved. One alternative solution to increase creative reasoning and self-confidence is the use of mathematics teaching materials integrated with Islamic values based on the discovery learning model. This research aims to determine the achievement and improvement of the creative reasoning abilities of experimental and control group students, determine the level of self-confidence of experimental group students and describe creative reasoning abilities in terms of the level of self-confidence. This research uses quantitative methods with quasi-experimental and descriptive types. The sample for this research was 47 students in class VIII of one of the MTs in the city of Depok. The results showed that the achievement and improvement in creative reasoning abilities of experimental group students was higher than control group; the self-confidence level of the experimental group students was mostly in the medium category; the description of the creative reasoning of experimental group students in terms of the level of self-confidence is that the achievement of creative reasoning in the medium category is seen at all levels of self-confidence, but the high and low categories only appear in students with medium self-confidence. Increases in creative reasoning also varied, with increases in the high category only seen in students with moderate self-confidence.
