Abstract
Pada instansi kepolisian sangat penting dalam peningkatan SDM, dikarenakan polisi adalah pengayom dan pelindung masyarakat, maka diperlukan kenaikan golongan agar dapat menjalani fungsi dan tugas pokok kepolisian dengan baik. Dalam mencari peningkatan SDM maka di dalam kepolisian ada yang disebut dengan Seleksi Alih Golongan (SAG), dimana seorang panitia seleksi setiap tahun nya mengadakan seleksi alih golongan, maka dari itu, perlu dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan calon seleksi alih golongan. Menurut penulis, dengan adanya kasus diatas, maka metode yang cocok untuk menyelesaikan masalah terhadap kasus tersebut adalah SMART (Simple Multi – Atribut Rating Technique). Sistem pendukung keputusan ini telah di uji dengan data anggota dari instansi kepolisian dan juga dengan analisa Fuzzy Logic yang hasil nya menunjukan persamaan dari perhitungan manual kepolisian dan perhitungan manual fuzzyfikasi. At the police agencies are very important in human resource development, because the police are the public guardian and protector, the necessary increase in class in order to live and function properly policing duties. In searching for the improvement of human resources in the police there called the Transfer Selection Group (SAG), in which a selection committee each year over the selection of its holding group, therefore, needs to be made a decision support system for selection of candidates for selection over the group. According to the authors, the presence of the above cases, it is a suitable method to resolve the issue of the case is a SMART (Simple Multi - Attribute Rating Technique). The decision support system has been tested with the data members of police agencies and also with Fuzzy Logic analysis of its results indicates that the equation of the police manual calculation and manual calculations fuzzyfikasi.
