Abstract
----- This study aims to determine whether perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect mental health self-awareness of Halodoc mental health application users. The method used is the quantitative method using an ex post facto research design. The questionnaire was distributed to the number of respondents who were users of the Halodoc mental health application. The data obtained was then analyzed using statistical methods to determine the effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on increasing mental health self-awareness of Halodoc application users. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on increasing self-awareness, while perceived ease of use does not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, both variables make a significant contribution to increasing user self-awareness. The adjusted R2 value obtained is 0.584, which means that 58.4% of the variation in self-awareness can be explained by this model, while the rest is influenced by other factors not studied. This study supports the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory and provides practical implications for mental health app development. App developers are expected to focus more on developing features that are of real benefit to users to increase their awareness of mental health. In addition, the researcher.
