Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi guru dalam menstimulasi keterampilan abad ke-21 pada anak usia dini di Lembaga PAUD IT Ihya’ Assunnah Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterampilan abad ke-21, yang terdiri dari berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi, dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini agar siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang efektif melibatkan perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Implementasi strategi dilembaga PAUD IT Ihya’ Assunnah mencakup pendekatan interpersonal, penggunaan kontinum bahasa, cerita pengalaman, dan pemberian apresiasi kepada anak. Selain itu, lembaga juga berperan dalam mendukung keberlangsungan strategi komunikasi guru dengan menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber daya, pelatihan berkelanjutan melalui program School of Teacher, serta menyediakan modul komunikasi khusus untuk para guru. Penelitian ini menunjuka bahwa strategi komunikasi yang dirancang dengan baik dapat memfasilitasi keterampilan abad ke-21 pada anak usia dini. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies used by teachers to stimulate 21st-century skills in early childhood at PAUD IT Ihya’ Assunnah Tasikmalaya. The study is grounded in the importance of 21st-century skills, which include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, in supporting the development of young children to prepare them for future challenges. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document studies. The findings indicate that effective communication strategies involve planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of strategies at PAUD IT Ihya’ Assunnah includes interpersonal approaches, the use of language continuums, sharing personal experiences, and giving appreciation to children. Additionally, the institution supports the continuity of teachers’ communication strategies by providing facilities and resources, continuous training through the School of Teacher program, and specialized communication modules for teachers. This study shows that well-designed communication strategies can facilitate the development of 21st-century skills in early childhood.
