Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Program Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) di TK Joy Kids National Plus Tasikmalaya sebagai model Sekolah Sehat Berkarakter, yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan, kesehatan, pengasuhan, keamanan, dan kesejahteraan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan program PAUD HI di TK Joy Kids, dampak dari penerapan program, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan program tersebut. Penelitian ini penting karena belum ada studi yang mengkaji penerapan PAUD HI dan Sekolah Sehat Berkarakter dalam satu lembaga PAUD secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara yang mendalam, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PAUD HI di TK Joy Kids melibatkan integrasi pendidikan, kesehatan, pengasuhan, keamanan, dan kesejahteraan anak secara menyeluruh. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan perkembangan karakter dan kebiasaan hidup sehat anak�anak, seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kontrol diri, serta memperkuat prestasi dan reputasi sekolah. Kepuasan orang tua meningkat karena anak-anak mendapatkan pendidikan berkualitas dan fasilitas yang mendukung kesehatan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan ruang terbuka hijau, dukungan orang tua yang kurang, dan beban observasi perkembangan anak bagi pendidik. Pendekatan holistik yang diterapkan oleh TK Joy Kids mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal, sejalan dengan visi misi sekolah untuk mencetak generasi yang beriman, sehat, unggul, berkarakter, dan berjiwa pemimpin. This study examines the implementation of the Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Development Program (PAUD HI) at TK Joy Kids National Plus Tasikmalaya as a model of a Healthy Character School, integrating education, health, nurturing, safety, and child welfare. The aim of this study is to understand the implementation of the PAUD HI program at TK Joy Kids, the impact of the program, and the factors influencing its implementation. This research is important because there have been no comprehensive studies examining the implementation of PAUD HI and Healthy Character Schools within a single early childhood institution. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and school document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of PAUD HI at TK Joy Kids involves a thorough integration of education, health, nurturing, safety, and child welfare. The program successfully enhances the development of children's character and healthy habits, such as discipline, responsibility, and self-control, while also strengthening the school's performance and reputation. Parental satisfaction increased as children received quality education and facilities that support health. However, there are several challenges, such as limited green open spaces, lack of parental support, and the burden of monitoring child development on educators. The holistic approach adopted by TK Joy Kids supports optimal child development, aligning with the school's vision and mission to produce a generation that is faithful, healthy, excellent, of good character, and has leadership qualities.
