Abstract
Perencanaan Karier dapat menentukan kesuksesan siswa dalam mencapai cita-cita. Perencanaan Karier bagi siswa merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan yang perlu terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil perencanaan karier siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dan metode deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 315 orang yang merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 19 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Hasil pengumpulan data kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi Winstep versi 3.73 dengan menggunakan rasch model. Hasil penelitian profil perencanaan karier siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 19 Bandung, menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 39 siswa berada pada kategori mampu, 238 siswa berada pada kategori cukup mampu, dan 38 siswa berada pada kategori kurang mampu dalam merencanakan karier. Berdasarkan kondisi perencanaan karier siswa yang telah diperoleh, maka disusun pengembangan program bimbingan karier yang terdiri dari: rasional, dasar hukum, visi dan misi, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, komponen program, pengembangan tema/topik, rencana operasional, rencana evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, rancangan biaya, dan rencana pelaksanaan layanan. Adapun rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pihak sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, juga peneliti selanjutnya. Career Planning can determine a student's success in achieving goals. Career planning for students is one of the developmental tasks that need to be fulfilled. This study aims to determine the career planning profile of students using a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Participants in this study amounted to 315 people who were grade XI students at SMA Negeri 19 Bandung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of data collection were then processed using the Winstep version 3.73 application using the Rasch model. The results of the study of the career planning profile of class XI students at SMA Negeri 19 Bandung showed that 39 students were in the capable category, 238 students were in the fairly capable category, and 38 students were in the less capable category in planning their careers.
