Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa Kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran pada Mata Pelajaran Logistik di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung yang dilihat dari nilai Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X) dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, gambaran tingkat Prestasi Belajar Siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran Logistik Kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung dengan jumlah 75 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori terampil, sedangkan prestasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori cukup. This research examines the problem of suboptimal learning achievement of Class X students in Office Management in the Logistics Subject at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung as seen from the scores of the Odd Semester Final Exam for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research consists of two variables, namely Teacher Teaching Skills (X) and Student Learning Achievement (Y). This research aims to find out the overview of the level of Teacher Teaching Skills, the description of the level of Student Learning Achievement, and to determine the influence of Teacher Teaching Skills on Student Learning Achievement in the Logistics Subject of Class X Office Management at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample in this research are Class X students of Office Management at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung with a total of 75 students. The sample in this research uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression. The results of the study found that teachers' teaching skills were in the skilled category, while students' learning achievement was in the fairly high category. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was obtained that teachers' teaching skills have a positive and significant influence on student learning achievement. The level of close relationship between variables is in the sufficient category.
