Abstract

Analisis museum yang telah menerapkan standarisasi pendidikan ramah anak di Kota Bandung, penelitian yang dilatar belakangi kurangnya minat anak-anak dalam mengunjungi museum, yang diduga disebabkan oleh fasilitas dan program yang kurang menarik serta tidak mendukung kebutuhan anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan museum di Kota Bandung dalam konteks pendidikan ramah anak dan mengidentifikasi mulai dari sarana prasarana yang tersedia di museummuseum serta kegiatan edukasi di dalam museum tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kasus retrospektif dimana penelitian ini dapat menjadi penelitian jangka panjang dengan memberikan treamet berkala agar terciptakan museum lebih ramah anak lewat pembentukan standarisasi pendidikan ramah anak di museum. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di 7 sampel museum di Kota Bandung, serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa museum-museum di Kota Bandung masih kurang ramah anak, dengan sarana dan prasarana yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung kebutuhan anak-anak dalam belajar dan bereksplorasi, serta kurangnya program edukatif yang menarik bagi mereka. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan museum agar lebih ramah anak dan mendukung pendidikan anak usia dini. Dampak dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagi pendidik yang akan melaksanakan kunjungan ke museum agar bisa mempersiapkan kebutuhan kegiatan edukasi yang dapat bekerja sama dengan pihak museum ---------- Analysis of museums that have implemented child-friendly education standards in the city of Bandung, research based on the lack of interest of children in visiting museums, which is thought to be caused by facilities and programs that are less attractive and do not support children's needs. This research aims to analyze the museum management system in the city of Bandung in the context of child-friendly education and identify the infrastructure available in museums as well as educational activities in the museum. This research uses a retrospective case method where this research can be a long-term research by providing periodic treamets to create more child-friendly museums through the establishment of standardization of child-friendly education in museums. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at 7 sample museums in the city of Bandung, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman thematic analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from this research show that museums in the city of Bandung are still not child-friendly, with facilities and infrastructure that do not fully support children's needs for learning and exploration, as well as a lack of educational programs that are interesting to them. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the quality of museum services to make them more child friendly and support early childhood education. The impact of this research can provide an overview for educators who will carry out visits to museums so that they can prepare for educational activity needs that can collaborate with the museum.
