Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus Dalam Menyalurkan Lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Cimahi” dan bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan Bursa Kerja Khusus di SMK Negeri di Kota Cimahi, menggambarkan kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus dalam menyalurkan lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Cimahi, dan menggambarkan faktor penghambat dan pendukung kinerja Bursa Kerja Khusus Dalam Menyalurkan Lulusan SMK Negeri di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi terhadap Ketua BKK dan lulusan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BKK SMK berfungsi sebagai perantara antara pencari kerja dan industri dengan berbagai kegiatan seperti kerjasama dengan industri, pendataan pencari kerja, bimbingan karir, rekrutmen, job fair, dan penelusuran alumni. Meskipun BKK di Kota Cimahi telah memenuhi persyaratan legalitas dan melaksanakan beberapa program dengan baik, ada beberapa aspek yang masih memerlukan perbaikan, termasuk struktur organisasi, sarana prasarana, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan seperti tracer study dan job fair yang belum konsisten. Faktor-faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan dana, dan kesulitan mencari mitra industri juga menjadi tantangan dalam penyaluran lulusan. Namun, dukungan dari stakeholder sekolah dan alumni serta keselarasan program studi merupakan faktor pendukung yang penting. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kinerja BKK cukup baik dengan 53% lulusan berhasil disalurkan, masih ada aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penyaluran lulusan ke dunia kerja. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Bursa Kerja Khusus ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Performance of Specialized Work Exchange in Channeling Graduates of State Vocational Schools in Cimahi City" and aims to describe the implementation of Specialized Work Exchange in State Vocational Schools in Cimahi City, describe the performance of Specialized Work Exchange in channeling graduates of State Vocational Schools in Cimahi City, and describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of the performance of Specialized Work Exchange in Channeling Graduates of State Vocational Schools in Cimahi City. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection using interviews, documentation studies, and observations of the Head of BKK and school graduates. The results showed that BKK SMK functions as an intermediary between job seekers and industry with various activities such as cooperation with industry, data collection of job seekers, career guidance, recruitment, job fairs, and alumni tracking. Although BKK in Cimahi City has met the legal requirements and implemented several programs well, there are several aspects that still need improvement, including organizational structure, infrastructure, and implementation of activities such as tracer studies and job fairs that have not been consistent. Hindering factors such as limited human resources, limited funds, and difficulties in finding industry partners are also challenges in the distribution of graduates. However, support from school stakeholders and alumni as well as the alignment of study programs are important supporting factors. In conclusion, although BKK's performance is quite good with 53% of graduates successfully channeled, there are still aspects that need to be improved to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of channeling graduates to the world of work.
