Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas yang menggunakan dan yang tidak menggunakan website My-SAP dalam menyelesaikan tes uji kompetensi administrasi perkantoran. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas XII Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dan tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain post-test only with non equivalent groups. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes soal yang menghasilkan nilai akhir kompetensi administrasi perkantoran pada mata uji kearsipan, pengelolaan agenda pimpinan, dan manajemen rapat. Data nilai yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis untuk melihat perbedaan hasil capaian kompetensi menggunakan tes non-parametrik U Mann Whitney, dilanjutkan dengan uji Effect Size untuk mengukur besaran pengaruh perlakuan terhadap hasil capaian kompetensi siswa. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa semua yang diuji beda mendapatkan nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan hasil capaian siswa MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas pada kompetensi kearsipan, mengelola agenda pimpinan, pengelolaan rapat bagi yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan website My-SAP. Kemudian didapatkan hasil uji besarnya pengaruh penggunaan website My-SAP terhadap hasil capaian kompetensi kearsipan dan pengelolaan rapat berada di tingkat moderate. Sementara pengaruh terhadap kompetensi mengelola agenda pimpinan berada di tingkat strong. Artinya, pengaruh tersebut baik dan bernilai positif jika penggunaan website My-SAP dipertahankan sebagai alat bantu evaluasi untuk uji kompetensi MPLB. This study was conducted to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes between classes that use the My-SAP website and those that do not use the My-SAP website in completing the office administration competency test. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas with the research subjects being students in class XII Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) in the 2023/2024 school year and the 2024/2025 school year. The research method applied is a quasi-experiment with a post-test only design with non-equivalent groups. The data collection technique was carried out using a question test which resulted in the final score of office administration competencies in archiving, management of the leadership agenda, and meeting management. The value data that has been collected is then analyzed to see differences in competency achievement results using the non-parametric U Mann Whitney test, followed by the Effect Size test to measure the magnitude of the treatment effect on student competency achievement results. The results of hypothesis testing obtained that all that were tested were different getting Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, so there are differences in the achievement results of MPLB students at SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas in archiving competencies, managing the leadership agenda, meeting management for those who use and do not use the My-SAP website. Then the results of the test of the magnitude of the effect of using the My-SAP website on the achievement of archiving and meeting management competencies are at a moderate level. While the influence on the competence of managing the leadership agenda is at the strong level. This means that the influence is good and positive if the use of the My-SAP website is maintained as an evaluation tool for the MPLB competency test.
