Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Pengalaman Magang Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia" Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mengenai Pengaruh Pengalaman Magang terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Angkatan 2020. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berformat skala Likert. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Angkatan 2020 yang pernah melaksanakan kegiatan magang berjumlah 71 mahasiswa. Analisis data mengindikasikan bahwa variabel X memiliki skor rata-rata 4.47, yang masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, dan variabel Y memiliki skor rata-rata 4.28, juga tergolong sangat tinggi. Uji normalitas distribusi data variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan 0,200 > 0,10. Perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0,644 menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat, uji signifikansi sebesar 6,983 menunjukkan signifikan karena t_hitung 6,983>t_tabel 1,667. Besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 41,4% dan selebihnya 58,6% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja. Persamaan regresi sederhana Y ̂=18,005+0,641X, artinya kenaikan atau penurunan variabel bebas (X) akan mengakibatkan kenaikan atau penurunan variabel (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,641. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang tersebut, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y, di mana keduanya saling berhubungan erat dengan arah perubahan yang positif. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang telah dirumuskan diterima, menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara Pengalaman Magang dan Kesiapan Kerja. This research is titled "The Influence of Internship Experience on Job Readiness of Students in the Educational Administration Study Program at the Indonesia University of Education." In general, this research aims to identify the influence of internship experience on job readiness among students in the Educational Administration Study Program at the Indonesia University of Education, class of 2020. The method used is quantitative, with data collection through a likert scale questionnaire. The population and sample of this research consist of 71 students from the class of 2020 who have participated in internship activities. Data analysis indicates that variable X has an average score of 4.47, which falls into the very high category, and variable Y has an average score of 4.28, also classified as very high. The normality test of the data distribution for variables X and Y shows a normal distribution with a decision basis of 0.200 > 0.10. The correlation calculation of 0.644 indicates a strong influence, and the significance test of 6.983 is significant because t_hitung 6,983>t_tabel 1,667. The influence of variable X on variable Y, based on the determination coefficient (KD) analysis, is 41.4%, with the remaining 58.6% determined by other factors that can affect job readiness. The simple regression equation Ŷ = 18.005 + 0.641X means that an increase or decrease in the independent variable (X) will result in an increase or decrease in the dependent variable (Y) by a value of 0.641. Based on the results of this research, it is known that there is a strong relationship between variable X and variable Y, where both are closely related with a positive direction of change. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating a significant relationship between Internship Experience and Job Readiness.
