    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya Hasil Belajar siswa Fase E pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi yang dilihat berdasarkan Penilaian Sumatif Akhir Semester Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Masalah ini penting untuk diatasi, karena apabila terus dibiarkan maka hasil belajar siswa akan terus menurun. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya komunikasi guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa ataupun tidak.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dengan populasi 139 siswa Fase E Manajemen
    Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda.
    Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya komunikasi guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori cukup efektif berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis. Dengan demikian, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat atau tinggi terhadap hasil belajar siswa Fase E pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi.

    The problem examined in this research is the low learning outcomes of Phase E students in Basics of Office Management and Business Services at Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational School as seen based on the Final Summative Assessment of the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This problem is important to
    overcome because if it continues to be ignored, student learning outcomes will continue to decline. Therefore, this research aims to find out whether the teacher's communication style influences student learning outcomes or not.
    The research method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to a population of 139 Phase E Office Management and Business
    Services (MPLB) students. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression.
    Based on the research of study, it shows that the teacher’s communication style influences student learning outcomes. The level of close relationship between variables is in the quite effective category based on the results of hypothesis testing. Thus, researchers can conclude that there is a strong or high
    influence on the learning outcomes of Phase E students in the Basics of Office Management and Business Services at Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi Vocational School.
