Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan program pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) yang dapat membantu peserta didik berkesulitan belajar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan operasi perkalian bilangan cacah sampai 100. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan desainexplanatory sequential design. Instrumen dalam penelitian yaitu tes, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah lima peserta didik berkesulitan belajar di kelas IV SD BPI Kota Bandung. Pengolahan data dilakukan dua tahap yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.Data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian yaitu tersusunnya program pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Program ini dirancang dengan membentuk kelompok kecil secara heterogen dan pemberian bantuan dari peserta didik yang pandai kepada anggota kelompok secara individual untuk peserta didik yang memerlukannya. Program berisi kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup selama proses pembelajaran. Program telah diimplementasikan di lapangan, hasilnya menunjukkan peserta didik saling membantu dalam memahami materi dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dengan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam operasi perkalian pada peserta didik berkesulitan belajar. The goal of this project is to develop a Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning program that will assist students with learning difficulties in improving their ability to perform multiplication operations up to 100. The study incorporates a variety of approaches, including an explanatory sequential design. The instruments utilized in the study included exams, interviews, observations, and documentation. This study included five students with learning impairments from class IV SD BPI Bandung. We processed the data in two stages: qualitative and quantitative. The activity flow for qualitative data consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusions. A one-group pretest-posttest design is used while collecting quantitative data. The research led to the development of a Team�Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning program. We implement this program by organizing small groups in a variety of classes and providing personalized support to group members who require it. The program contains starting activities, main activities, and final activities during the learning process. We deployed this program in the field, and the findings show that learners help each other understand the subject, promote an effective learning environment, and improve multiplication operations skills for students with learning difficulties
