Abstract

e-Procurement PT Trakindo Utama adalah sistem informasi berbasis website yang menyediakan informasi terkait dengan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di lingkungan PT Trakindo Utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan e-Procurement PT Trakindo Utama menggunakan model pengukuran sistem informasi yaitu model DeLone and McLean. Teknik survei berbasis kuesioner dipilih sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM-PLS dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Kualitas Sistem, Penggunaan, Kepuasan Pengguna, dan Manfaat Bersih. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penggunaan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. Kemudian, Kualitas Sistem dan Kualitas Layanan ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna. Variabel Penggunaan ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. Selain itu, Penggunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna turut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Manfaat Bersih. ----- The e-Procurement PT Trakindo Utama is a web-based information system that provides information related to the procurement process of goods and services within PT Trakindo Utama. This study aims to determine the success level of the e-Procurement system of PT Trakindo Utama using the information system measurement model, namely the DeLone and McLean model. A questionnaire-based survey technique was chosen as the data collection method, and the data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS analysis utilizing the SmartPLS 3.0 application for data processing. The variables used in this study are Information Quality, Service Quality, System Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. The hypothesis testing results indicate that Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on Use but does not have a significant effect on User Satisfaction. Furthermore, System Quality and Service Quality were found to have a positive and significant effect on both Use and User Satisfaction. The Use variable was found to have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction. Additionally, Use and User Satisfaction positively and significantly impact Net Benefits.
