Abstract
Permasalahan yang masih muncul dalam perusahaan adalah tingkat kepuasan karyawan yang belum maksimal dan disiplin karyawan yang diduga masih rendah. Meskipun perusahaan telah berupaya meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan melalui berbagai program, seperti perbaikan insentif dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan di perusahaan masih relatif rendah. Skripsi ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan metode survey eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 58 karyawan divisi humas dan kesekretariatan dan supervisor. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial diperoleh informasi bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jika dilihat dari nilai pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja diatas memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Problems that still arise in the company are the level of employee satisfaction which is not yet optimal and employee discipline which is thought to be still low. Even though the company has made efforts to increase employee satisfaction through various programs, such as improving incentives and creating a comfortable work environment, the level of employee discipline in the company is still relatively low. This thesis presents the results of research aimed at determining the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Using the explanatory survey method, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 58 public relations and secretarial division employees and supervisors. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis obtained information that there was a significant positive influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. If seen from the value of the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction above, it has a very strong influence on employee performance.
