Abstract

Permasalahan yang kerap muncul di dalam perusahaan adalah tingakt efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia yang diduga rendah dan aplikasi sistem informasi yang belum optimal. Meskipun perusahaan sudah mengupayakan terkait peningkatan efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui berbagai program dan pengembangan, seperti penerapan aplikasi sistem informasi kepegawaian, tingkat efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia di instansi masih relatif rendah. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari aplikasi sistem informasi kepegawaian terhadap efektivitas manajemem sumber daya manusia. Dengan menggunakan metode survey-explanatory, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 54 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Pengadilan Negeri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan analisis data inferensial. Hasil analisis data deskriptif dan hasil analisis inferensial dapat dimaknai dengan adanya pengaruh positif namun termasuk ke dalam kategori rendah. The problem that still arise in the office are the low level of effectiveness of human resource management and the personnel information system application that are not optimal yet. Even though the office made such an effort to increase the effectiveness of human resource management through various programs and development, such as the implementation of the personnel information system application, the level of effectiveness of human resource management is still relatively low. This article presents the results of research aimed at determining the influence of personnel information system application on the effectiveness of human resource management. Using a survey-explanatory method, the data was collected through distributed questionnaires to 54 civil servants (PNS) at the Disctrict Court. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive analysis and inferential analysis could be interpreted as having a positive influence, but included in the low relationship category.
