Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kemampuan sosial emosional sebelum, selama dan setelah diterapkannya metode outbound low impact. Hal ini terungkap pada saat pra-penelitian terlihat kemampuan sosial emosional pada anak usia 5-6 tahun belum berkembang secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Model Kemmis & Mc. Taggart dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah anak kelas B TK X Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian berlangsung selama dua siklus dengan pelaksanaan tindakan prapenelitian, siklus I dan II. Pada pelaksanaan tindakan prapenelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata persentase 51,8%. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata persentase 69,5%. Dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan kembali dengan nilai rata-rata persentase 89,3%. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode outbound low impact dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata presentase pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I dan II. ----- This study aims to determine how the social emotional abilities are before, during and after the implementation of the low impact outbound method. This was revealed during the pre-research, it was seen that the social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years had not developed optimally. The research method used in this study is the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart Classroom Action Research Model with the research subjects being class B children of Kindergarten X Purwakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative. The study lasted for two cycles with the implementation of pre-research actions, cycles I and II. In the implementation of pre-research actions, an average percentage value of 51.8% was obtained. In cycle I, there was an increase with an average percentage value of 69.5%. And in cycle II, there was an increase again with an average percentage value of 89.3%. The results obtained from this study are that the application of the low impact outbound method can improve the social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years. This can be seen from the average percentage value of the implementation of actions in cycles I and II.
