Abstract
Collaboration menjadi salah satu skill keterampilan abad 21, collaboration merupakan salah satu bentuk proses sosial yang berisikan suatu aktivitas untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD X Kota Bandung keterampilan kerja sama peserta didik masih belum terlihat ditunjukkan dengan peserta didik menolak kelompok yang telah ditentukan, peserta didik tidak menghargai pendapat teman dan memilih mengambil keputusan secara sepihak, terkadang kurang memperhatikan guru karena pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode ceramah ditambah dengan media PowerPoint untuk menyampaikan materi. Terdapat model-model pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kerja sama, salah satunya adalah model cooperative learning. Perkembangan model cooperative learning mengalami perubahan dari waktu ke waktu. Penerapan model cooperative learning harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik karena masing-masing model cooperative learning memiliki tujuan dan prinsip yang berbeda serta guru perlu memahami kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model cooperative learnig tipe NHT dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama peserta didik fase C sekolah dasar. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Pre-experiment dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN X Kota Bandung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument lembar observasi yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya. Analisis data diolah dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26, menggunakan uji N-Gain untuk mengetahi peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,3253 yang berarti lebih dari 0,30. Maka, skor N-Gain berada pada kategori sedang. Keterampilan kerja sama peserta didik lebih baik dibandingkan sebelum diberikan perlakuan. Hal tersebut dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pada rata-rata nilai hasil post-test. Model cooperative learning tipe numbered head together (NHT) dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu solusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama peserta didik melalui kegiatan pemberian kuis yang mengharuskan peserta didik berfikir bersama. Collaboration is one of the 21st century skills, collaboration is a form of social process that contains an activity to achieve a common goal. Based on observations made at SD X Bandung City, students' cooperation skills are still not visible, indicated by students rejecting groups that have been determined, students do not respect the opinions of friends and choose to make decisions unilaterally, sometimes pay less attention to the teacher because learning only uses the lecture method coupled with PowerPoint media to convey material. There are learning models that can develop cooperation skills, one of which is the cooperative learning model. The development of cooperative learning models has changed from time to time. The application of cooperative learning models must be adjusted to the needs of students because each cooperative learning model has different goals and principles and teachers need to understand the needs of students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the NHT type cooperative learning model in improving the cooperation skills of phase C elementary school students. The research used is Pre-experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study were all fifth grade students of SDN X Bandung City. Data were collected using an observation sheet instrument that had been previously validated. Data analysis was processed with the help of SPSS version 26, using the N-Gain test to determine the improvement of students' cooperation skills. The results obtained a significance value of 0.3253 which means more than 0.30. So, the N-Gain score is in the medium category. Students' cooperation skills are better than before treatment. This can be seen from the increase in the average value of the post-test results. Cooperative learning model type numbered head together (NHT) can be used as one of the solutions in improving students' cooperation skills through quizzing activities that require students to think together.
