Abstract
Seni musik merupakan salah satu kompetensi dari empat keahlian seni, tujuan mata pelajaran musik ialah agar siswa mampu mengasah dan mengembangkan musikalitas. Dalam bermusik salah satu aspek terpenting ialah ritmis, dengan adanya ritmis siswa diharapkan mampu mengolah tata bunyi musik dan menunjukkan tingkat kepekaan akan unsur-unsur bunyi musik. Namun, kurangnya keahlian guru dalam mengajari ritmis, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang membosankan serta motivasi siswa yang menurun dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa hingga kurangnya jiwa musikalitas siswa yang seharusnya dikembangkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, diperlukan adanya inovasi media pembelajaran yang tepat dan menyenangkan. Inovasi tersebut salah satunya menggunakan media color rhythm card. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil aktivitas ritmis siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan media color rhythm card. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu one group pre-test post-test, peneliti melakukan penelitian pada siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 30 siswa di SDN Cibabat 2 Cimahi tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Teknis analisis data awal menggunakan uji normalitas, uji Gain dan uji hipotesis. Peneliti menggunakan Paired Sample T-test dengan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 atau kurang dari 0.05 dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata menunjukkan 0.41 yang menunjukan gain sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil aktivitas ritmis siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media color rhythm card. Music art is one of the competencies of the four art skills, the goal of music subjects is for students to be able to hone and develop musicality. In music, one of the most important aspects is rhythm, with rhythm students are expected to be able to process musical sound systems and show a level of sensitivity to musical sound elements. However, the lack of teacher expertise in teaching rhythm, the use of boring learning media and decreasing student motivation can affect student learning outcomes to the point of lacking a musical soul in students that should be developed. Based on this background, innovation in appropriate and enjoyable learning media is needed. One of these innovations is using color rhythm card media. This study aims to determine the differences in the results of students' rhythmic activities before and after implementing color rhythm card media. The method used in this study is one group pre-test post-test, the researcher conducted research on 30 fourth grade students at SDN Cibabat 2 Cimahi in the 2023/2024 academic year. The initial data analysis technique used normality tests, Gain tests and hypothesis tests. The researcher used Paired Sample T-test with the results of this study showing a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 with an increase in the average value showing 0.41 which indicates a moderate gain. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of students' rhythmic activities before and after using the color rhythm card media.
