Abstract
Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Sosial atau yang disingkat SiYansos merupakan website yang telah dikembangkan oleh Dinas Sosial Purwakarta sejak tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai evaluasi usability dari website SiYansos dan korelasi antara variabel learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, dan satisfaction dengan variabel usability berdasarkan dari pengguna website SiYansos. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi rank spearman, telah didapatkan hasil evaluasi usability website SiYansos berdasarkan mean jawaban responden yaitu sebesar 3,88 dan atribut usability yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi dalam usability website SiYansos adalah memorability yang memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,888 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,001. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah website SiYansos sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna (masyarakat Purwakarta) karena mudah untuk dipelajari, cukup efisien dan memiliki sedikit error sehingga pengguna merasa cukup puas dalam menggunakan website SiYansos. ----- Social Service Information System, or abbreviated as SiYansos is a website that has been The Social Service Information System, abbreviated as SiYansos, is a website developed by the Social Service Office of Purwakarta since 2023. This research aims to evaluate the usability of the SiYansos website and to determine the correlation between the variables of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction with the variable of usability based on the experiences of SiYansos website users. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Based on the data analysis using descriptive statistical tests and Spearman's rank correlation test, the usability evaluation of the SiYansos website yielded a mean respondent score of 3.88. The usability attribute with the highest impact on the website's usability was memorability, which had a correlation value of 0.888 with a significance level of 0.001. The conclusion of this study is that the SiYansos website meets the expected standards and can be used effectively by users (the people of Purwakarta) as it is easy to learn, fairly efficient, and has few errors, resulting in a satisfactory user experience.
