Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kreatif di Negara Indonesia masih tercatat rendah, rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif sesuai dengan fakta yang didapat dari hasil the global creativity index tahun 2015, bahwa negara Indonesia berada pada peringkat 115 dari 139 negara. kompetensi kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada indikator flexibility dan elaboration masih tergolong rendah. Pembelajaran dengan hanya menggunakan metode ceramah kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Maka dari itu, model pembelajaran project based learning dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pembelajaran dengan bantuan media pop up book sebagai proyek yang akan dibuat oleh peserta didik, dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang kreatif, konkrit, dan menarik saat melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan jenis desain non-evaquivalent control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar yang berada di kecamatan Subang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini aialah kelas IV A dengan jumlah 24 siswa dan kelas IV B dengan jumlah 24 siswa di SD Negeri Cibogo, Kabupaten Subang. Analisis penelitian menggunakan Uji T-test, N-Gain, uji korelasi, dan uji regresi. Terdapat pengaruh dari model project based learning berbantuan media pop up book terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sekolah dasar dalam mata pelajaran IPA memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada peserta didik sebesar 18,5%. berdsarkan hasil nilai N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 68% yang berarti penggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning berbantuan media pop up book dinyatakan dalam tafsiran cukup efektif untuk digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. ----- The ability to think creatively in Indonesia is still low, the low ability of creative thinking is in accordance with the facts obtained from the results of the global creativity index in 2015, that Indonesia is ranked 115 out of 139 countries. the competence of students' creative thinking skills on flexibility and elaboration indicators is still relatively low. Learning by only using the lecture method is less effective for improving students' creative thinking skills. Therefore, the project-based learning model can be an alternative learning with the help of pop-up book media as a project that will be made by students, can be a creative, concrete, and interesting learning media when doing teaching and learning activities in class. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-evaquivalent control group design type. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of elementary schools in Subang sub-district. The samples in this study were class IV A with 24 students and class IV B with 24 students at SD Negeri Cibogo, Subang Regency. The research analysis used T-test, N-Gain, correlation test, and regression test. There is an influence of the project-based learning model assisted by pop up book media on the creative thinking skills of elementary school students in science subjects, giving an influence on the creative thinking skills of students by 18.5%. based on the results of the N-Gain value in the experimental class of 68%, which means that the use of the project-based learning model assisted by pop up book media is stated in the interpretation of being effective enough to be used in improving students' creative thinking skills.
