Abstract
Resiliensi akademik adalah kemampuan peserta didik untuk menghadapi situasi yang sulit, mengatasi pengalaman negatif, tekanan, dan hambatan dalam proses belajar dengan menggunakan kekuatan internal dan eksternal, resiliensi akademik menjadi salah satu kajian yang urgent dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efikasi konseling realitas untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode single subject research dan menggunakan desain reversal A-B-A. Penelitian melibatkan peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Subang Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 sebagai populasi penelitian dengan jumlah 7 peserta didik pada kategori tidak resilien dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan instrument resiliensi akademik yang telah diuji rasional serta empiris. Pelaksanaan konseling realitas dinilai berefikasi dalam mengembangkan resiliensi akademik peserta didik pada kategori tidak resilien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari ke tiga subjek tersebut terdapat peningkatan skor ke arah yang positif. Kata Kunci: Konseling Kelompok, Pendekatan Realitas, Resiliensi Akademik Academic resilience is students’ ability to face hard situation, to fix the negative experience, and issues in learning process using internal and external power. Resilience academic become one essential issue in guidance and councelling. This study was aimed to investigate the reality counseling to enhance students’ academic resilience. The study used quantitative approach with the single method subject and reversal A-B-A design. The participant of this study was students of class XI in SMA Subang academic year 2023/2024 as a research population with 7 students categorized as unresilience regarding to the subject of the study was about 3 students. The data were obtained by distributing the academic resilience instrument that have been examined rationally and empirically. The implimentation of concelling reality was affected the efficacy through enhacing and developing students’ academic resilience in unresilience category student. The result of study displayed the three subjects got the positive improvement score. Key word : Group Counseling, Reality Counseling Approach, Resilience Acedemic
