Abstract
Berpikir kritis merupakan proses berpikir tingkat tinggi dan merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang penting untuk ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan pada abad ke-21. Namun, kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya berpikir kritis ditingkat pendidikan dasar menyebabkan ketersediaan bahan ajar yang mampu melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis masih jarang ditemukan. Hal ini mengakibatkan rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) penggolongan hewan berdasarkan makanannya berorientasi virtual reality untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di sekolah dasar yang valid dan reliabel, serta praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian D&D (Design and Development) type 2. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket, pedoman wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap identifikasi ditemukan pentingnya pengembangan LKPD berorentasi virtual reality sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan membantu peserta didik dalam melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis. Maka dirancanglah bahan ajar ini dimulai dengan pembuatan GBPM, pembuatan storyboard LKPD, pembuatan RPP, menentukan aplikasi yang digunakan, pembuatan LKPD, pembuatan infografik LKPD dan video panduan pengguna, pembuatan soal pre-test dan post-test dan pembuatan cardboard virtual reality. Pada tahap uji coba produk, sebelum diimplementasikan di kelas, penelitian ini melibatkan 6 validator, meliputi 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, dan 2 ahli pembelajaran untuk memastikan instrumen yang telah dibuat dapat mengukur apa yang hendak diukur. Hasil analisis terhadap instrumen validasi ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli pembelajaran menggunakan Aiken’s V menunjukkan hasil yang valid dan reliabel saat diuji menggunakan measure of agreement kappa. Selain itu, respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD menunjukkan kriteria "Sangat Baik". Pencapaian kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui penggunaan LKPD Pehebema berorientasi virtual reality mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori "Peningkatan Sedang" dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,7306. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan respon pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD Pehebema berorientasi virtual reality valid dan reliabel serta efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar untuk membantu peserta didik memahami pembelajaran IPA materi penggolongan hewan berdasarkan makanannya dan melatih berpikir kritis. ------------- Critical thinking is a high-level thinking process and an important ability to be improved and developed in the 21st century. However, the lack of awareness and understanding of the importance of critical thinking at the basic education level means that the availability of teaching materials that are able to train critical thinking skills is still rare. This results in low critical thinking abilities in students. The general aim of this research is to produce a Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) for classifying animals based on their food with a virtual reality orientation to train students' critical thinking skills in elementary schools that are valid, reliable, and practical for use in learning. This research is D&D (Design and Development) type 2 research. The instruments used include questionnaires, interview guides, and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used uses qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as validity and reliability analysis. The results of the research show that at the identification stage, the importance of developing a virtual reality-oriented worksheet as a solution to increase learning motivation and help students train critical thinking skills was discovered. So this teaching material was designed starting with making GBPM, making LKPD storyboards, making lesson plans, determining the application to be used, making LKPD, making LKPD infographics and user guide videos, making pre-test and post-test questions, and making virtual reality cardboard. At the product testing stage, before being implemented in the classroom, this research involved 6 validators, including 2 material experts, 2 media experts, and 2 learning experts, to ensure that the instrument that had been created could measure what it wanted to measure. The results of the analysis of the validation instruments for material experts, media experts, and learning experts using Aiken's V showed valid and reliable results when tested using measure of agreement kappa. Apart from that, the response of teachers and students to the use of LKPD shows the criteria "very good." The achievement of critical thinking skills through the use of virtual reality-oriented Pehebema LKPD has increased to the "Moderate Improvement" category with an N-Gain value of 0.7306. Based on the validation results and user responses, it can be concluded that the use of virtual reality-oriented Pehebema LKPD is valid and reliable and can be effectively used as an alternative teaching material to help students understand science learning material on classifying animals based on their food and practicing critical thinking
