Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa Indonesia berdasarkan data hasil TIMSS (Trend In International Mathematics And Science Study) dan hasil tes PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa dengan menggunakan model Kooperatif Tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT), dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Model Kooperatif Tipe TGT terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 20 siswa dari kelas eksperimen dan 20 siswa dari kelas control. Siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan model TGT dan kelas kontrol hanya mendapatkan perlakuan dengan model Kooperatif tipe Make a Match. Instrument tes dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes berbentuk uraian yang mengukur kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dilihat dari skor rata-rata pretest siswa sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 49,00. Kemudian terdapat peningkatan skor posttest siswa setelah mendapatkan perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan model Kooperatif Tipe TGT (TGT) menjadi 86,00.Dan perhitungan persamaan regresinya yaitu γ ̂ = 70,064+0,325 X. Dari koefisien determinasi pada hasil analisis regresi kelas eksperimen, besar pengaruh model yang digunakan sebesar 61,8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada kelas ekperimen mengalami peningkatan setelah mendapat perlakuan dengan model Kooperatif Tipe TGT. ----- The background of this research is the low numeracy literacy skills of Indonesian students based on data from TIMSS (Trend In International Mathematics And Science Study) and PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) test results. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students' numeracy literacy skills by using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Model, and to determine how the effect of the TGT Cooperative Model on the numeracy literacy skills of elementary school students. This type of research is a quasi-experiment, the samples in this study are elementary school students as many as 20 students from the experimental class and 20 students from the control class. Students in the experimental class were treated with the TGT model and the control class only received treatment with the Make a Match type Cooperative model. The test instrument in this study is a description test that measures the numeracy literacy skills of the students under study. The results of this study are seen from the average score of students' pretests before getting treatment in the experimental class of 49.00. Then there is an increase in students' posttest scores after getting learning treatment using the TGT Type Cooperative model (TGT) to 86.00. And the calculation of the regression equation is γ ̂ = 70.064 + 0.325 X. From the coefficient of determination in the experimental class regression analysis results, the influence of the model used was 61.8%. It can be concluded that the ability of lite.
