Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini menghendaki adanya inovasi dalam media pendidikan. Media memiliki peran sangat penting dalam terciptanya motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif adalah scrapbook digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media scrapbook digital terhadap motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Variabel penelitian ini adalah media scrapbook digital dan motivasi belajar. Indikator motivasi belajar yaitu ketekunan dalam belajar, ulet dalam menghadapi kesulitan, menunjukkan minat terhadap pembelajaran, kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, dan apresiasi dalam belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X4 (eksperimen) dan X1 (kontrol). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis (paired sample t-test), dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar sebelum dengan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan media scrapbook digital di kelas ekperimen dengan hasil uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. 2) Terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran menggunakan media power point di kelas kontrol dengan hasil uji paired sample t-test yang memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,018 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. 3) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh media scrapbook digital terhadap motivasi belajar dengan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,642 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh media scrapbook digital terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 64,2%. The development of information technology today requires innovation in educational media. Media has a very important role in creating student learning motivation. One of the creative and innovative learning media is digital scrapbook. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital scrapbook on learning motivation. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The variables of this research are digital scrapbook media and learning motivation. Indicators of learning motivation are perseverance in learning, resilience in facing difficulties, showing interest in learning, interesting activities in learning, and appreciation in learning. The subjects of this study were X4 (experimental) and X1 (control) classes. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test (paired sample t-test), and simple linear regression test. The results showed that: 1) There is a difference in learning motivation before and after learning using digital scrapbook in the experimental class with the results of the paired sample t-test test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. 2) There is a difference in student learning motivation before and after learning using power point in the control class with the results of the paired sample t-test test which obtained a significance value of 0.018 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. 3) Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is an effect of digital scrapbook on learning motivation with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.642, which means that the effect of digital scrapbook on learning motivation is 64.2%.
