Abstract
Terdapat masalah terkait dengan penurunan kinerja karyawan yakni, ketidaktepatan penyelesaian tugas, ketidaksesuaian jam kerja, keterlambatan datang, target kerja yang tidak sesuai serta kurangnya kerjasama antar karyawan menjadi faktor menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada karyawan Dept Logistic Agent, masalah lain seperti peralatan kerja yang bertumpuk dan tidak tertata, didapat karyawan yang tidak taat yakni menduduki pallet plastik dan didapati merokok di area yang tidak tepat, lalu terjadinya kasus paket terselip dan hilang, serta terjadinya ketidak akurat-an pada saat proses operasi paket yang dilakukan oleh team operasional. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna memahami hubungan antara lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruhnya terhadap karyawan Department Logistic Agent pada PT XYZ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan survai dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 karyawan, hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 34,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan Department Logistic Agent pada PT XYZ, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini, hal ini menunjukan jika lingkungan kerja mengalami peningkatan, maka kinerja karyawan pun akan mengalami peningkatan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja karyawan, Logistik Agen There are issues related to the decline in employee performance, such as the inaccuracy in task completion, non-compliance with working hours, lateness, failure to meet work targets, and lack of cooperation among employees, all of which contribute to the decline in employee performance. Additionally, based on observation and interviews with employees in the Logistic Agent Department, other problems were identified, such as cluttered and untidy work equipment, employees violating rules by sitting on plastic pallet and smoking ini inappropriate areas, as well as incident of misplaced and lost packages, and inaccuracies during the package handling process by the operational team. This study aims to understand the relationship between the work environment, employee performance, and its impact on the employees of the Logistic Agent Department at PT XYZ. This research is descriptive and survey-based, using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 35 employees. The result of the simple linear regression test show that the work environment has a positive influence of 34,2% on the performance of employees in the Logistic Agent Department at PT XYZ, while the remaining percentage in influenced by other variables not included in this research model. This indicates that if the work environment improves, the employee performance will also improve, and vice versa. Keyword: Work Environment, Employee Performance and Logistic Agent
