Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi supervisi akademik di SMAN 3 Cimahi serta strategi peningkatannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Karena kepentingan utama dari penelitian ini adalah dalam upaya peningkatan strategi dalam supervisi akadmemik, oleh karena itu peneliti memilih SMAN 3 Cimahi sebagai obyek penelitian ini. Analisis data dilaksanakan menggunakan analisis swot berdasarkan indikator yang telah disusun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah merancang rencana besar sebagai bagian dari usaha perencanaan yang mencakup pra-supervisi, supervisi, dan tindak lanjut dari superisi, dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan supervisi akademik di SMAN 3 Cimahi diadakan dua kali setiap tahun ajaran. Upaya untuk mencoba digitalisasi dilakukan dengan menerapkan supervisi melalui rekaman pembelajaran dan mengunggahnya pada platform Youtube. Bentuk tindak lanjut dari supervisi dengan menyelenggaraan pelatihan dengan mengundang instruktur langsung dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan serta dari instruktur canva. Namun, dalam implementasinya, terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Beberapa guru senior mengalami kesulitan beradaptasi dengan teknologi, sementara sebagian guru menolak untuk disupervisi. Strategi yang diterapkan dalam implementasi supervisi akademik yakni dengan melakukan pendekatan khusus terhadap guru yang menolak untuk disupervisi. Selain itu, dilakukan pelatihan berbasis digital dengan harapan agar guru yang tertinggal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dapat segera beradaptasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut. Adapula strategi unggul dalam peningkatan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik diantaranya, kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan dan ahli pendidikan, pelatihan dan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam TIK serta penerapan supervisi akademik berbasis digital. This research aims to learn how to analyze the implementation of academic supervision in SMAN 3 Cimahi as well as its improvement strategies. This research is carried out using a qualitative approach. Because the main interest of this research is an effort to improve strategies in academic supervision, the researcher chose SMAN 3 Cimahi as the object of this study. Data analysis is carried out using SWOT analysis based on indicators that have been compiled. The results of this research show that the head of the school designs a major plan as part of a planning effort that includes pre-supervision, supervision, and follow-up supervision. SMAN 3 Cimahi holds academic supervision activities twice every academic year. The effort to try digitization is done by implementing supervision through learning recordings and uploading them to the YouTube platform. Follow-up form of supervision by holding training by inviting direct instructors from the Ministry of Education and Culture as well as from instructors Canva. However, in its implementation, there are some supportive and inhibitory factors. Technology adaptation poses challenges for some senior teachers, while others resist supervision. Furthermore, the implementation of digital-based training aims to facilitate the quick adaptation and utilization of technology by teachers who are lagging behind in its use. There are also superior strategies for improving the implementation of academic supervision, including collaboration with educational institutions and educational experts, training and increasing teacher competency in ICT as well as implementing digital-based academic supervision.
