    Abstract

    Keberhasilan belajar siswa dapat tercapai apabila proses pembelajaran siswa di sekolah
    berjalan dengan efektif. Namun pada kenyataannya setiap siswa memiliki potensi dan
    kemampuan yang berbeda, sehingga kesulitan dan tekanan yang dialami akan berbeda juga.
    Tekanan yang dialami siswa berpotensi menyebabkan stres akademik. Maka dari itu,
    diperlukan suatu upaya untuk meminimalisir tekanan tersebut, salah satunya yaitu dengan
    meningkatkan resiliensi pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah
    terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi terhadap stres akademik siswa di sekolah dan
    menghasilkan dasar pertimbangan rumusan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling dalam
    bidang pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan
    menggunakan desain survei. Sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik
    pengumpulan data secara non probability sampling dengan jenis convenience Sampling
    pada siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 274
    siswa. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran instrumen Student Stres Inventory (SSI) dan
    Resilience Quotient (RQ) Test yang kemudian diolah menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rank
    yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi -0,213 dengan nilai p=0.000379. Hasil
    penelitian menunjukkan stres akademik pada siswa kelas VIII berada pada kategori tidak
    stres dan resiliensi siswa berada pada kategori adaptif, dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat
    hubungan negatif yang lemah antara resiliensi dengan stres akademik siswa.

    The success of student learning can be achieved if the student learning process at school
    runs effectively. However, in reality, each student has different potential and abilities, so
    the difficulties and pressure they experience will be different too. The pressure experienced
    by students has the potential to cause academic stress. Therefore, efforts are needed to
    minimize this pressure, one of which is by increasing resilience in students. This research
    aims to determine whether there is a correlation of resilience to students' academic stress
    at school and produce basic considerations for formulating personal-social guidance and
    counseling curriculum. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach using a
    survey design. The sample in this study was obtained through non-probability sampling
    data collection techniques using convenience sampling from students in class VIII Junior
    High Schools in Bandung City, totaling 274 students. Data was obtained through
    distributing the Student Stress Inventory (SSI) and Resilience Quotient (RQ) Test
    instruments then processed using the Spearman's Rank test which showed a correlation
    coefficient of -0.213 with a value of p=0.000379. The results of the research show that
    academic stress in class VIII students is in the non-stressful category and student resilience
    is in the adaptive category, which means that there is a weak negative relationship between
    resilience and students' academic stress.
