Abstract
Sikap berkebinekaan global merupakan salah satu dimensi sikap dalam profil pelajar yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai pancasila. Terlebih hingga saat ini, tindakan bullying di sekolah masih saja terjadi meskipun penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sudah berjalan. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam mengenai implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam meningkatkan sikap berkebinekaan global siswa kelas IV di SDN Sukaraja 2. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kualitatif studi kasus. Kemudian, pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam meningkatkan sikap berkebinekaan global sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun belum mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. (2) Hambatan dalam penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SDN Sukaraja 2, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman, fasilitas yang belum memadai, dan kurangnya komunikasi dalam penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. (3) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi, yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, meningkatkan fasilitas sekolah, dan meningkatkan hubungan komunikasi yang baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan masih diperlukan banyak waktu dan pemahaman pada pelaksanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam meningkatkan sikap berkebinekaan global siswa kelas IV di SDN Sukaraja 2. ------------- Global diversity is one of the attitudinal dimensions in the student profile that students must have in improving the quality of education and implementing Pancasila values. Moreover, until now, bullying in schools still occurs even though the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project has been running. So this study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in improving the global diversity attitude of grade IV students at SDN Sukaraja 2. The method used in this research is qualitative case study. Then, data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed: (1) The implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in improving global diversity attitudes has gone well even though it has not yet obtained maximum results. (2) Obstacles in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SDN Sukaraja 2, namely lack of understanding, inadequate facilities, and lack of communication in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. (3) Solutions to overcome the obstacles that occur, namely increasing understanding of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, improving school facilities, and improving good communication relationships. These results show that a lot of time and understanding is still needed in the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in improving the performance of students.
