Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri pemain futsal putra tim Gadjah Agung Sumedang dan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya tingkat kepercayaan diri pemain futsal putra tim Gadjah Agung Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan pemaparan, menggambarkan kondisi, dan situasi. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan jenis survei untuk mengumpulkan data melalui tes dan pengukuran. Survey merupakan penelitian yang berusaha mengumpulkan data satu atau beberapa variabel yang diambil dari anggota populasi tersebut pada penelitian populasi terdiri sebanyak 50 atlet dengan karaktertistik populasi sebagai berikut: Diambil sebanyak 30 atlet dengan teknik yang diterapkan tersebut,Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive. Dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yang sudah diolah, terdapat hasil yang ditemui bahwa didapatkan data tentang presentase analisis tingkat kepercayaan diri pemain futsal putra usia 16-18 tahun tim Gadjah Agung dengan jumlah 30 orang pada faktor internal terdapat kategori tinggi sebesar 70% dan kategori sangat tinggi 30%. Kemudian pada faktor eksternal dengan kategori tinggi sebesar 70% dan kategori sangat tinggi 26,66%. Kepercayaan diri pada pemain futsal putra usia 16-18 tahun tim Gadjah Agung Sumedang terdapat tinggi. Begitu pun mempunyai beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal dan hasil tersebut dikategorikan tinggi. Kata Kunci: Futsal, Kepercayan Diri The aim of this research is to determine the level of self-confidence of the male futsal players of the Gadjah Agung Sumedang team and to determine the factors that influence the level of self-confidence of the male futsal players of the Gadjah Agung Sumedang team. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method which is an explanation, describing conditions and situations. This quantitative descriptive research method uses a survey type to collect data through tests and measurements. A survey is research that attempts to collect data on one or several variables taken from members of the population. The research population consists of 50 athletes with the following population characteristics: 30 athletes were taken using the technique applied. This research uses a purposive collection technique. Judging from the results of the questionnaire that has been processed, there are results that were found that obtained data regarding the percentage analysis of the level of self-confidence of male futsal players aged 16-18 years from the Gadjah Agung team with a total of 30 people. In the internal factors there was a high category of 70% and a very high category of 30 %. Then for external factors, the high category was 70% and the very high category was 26.66%. Self-confidence in male futsal players aged 16-18 years from the Gadjah Agung Sumedang team is high.
