    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penyebaran angket dilakukan kepada seluruh pegawai sebanyak 109 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan begitu komunikasi organisasi dapat memberikan peranan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

    The problem studied in this research is that the performance of employees at the Sukabumi Regency Transportation Service is not yet optimal. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of organizational communication on employee performance at the Sukabumi Regency Transportation Service. The research method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees totaling 109 respondents. The results of this research show a positive and significant influence of organizational communication on employee performance. In this way, organizational communication can play a role in employee performance.
