Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL KUCING-KUCINGAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN LARI SPRINT DI SDN NEGLASARI SUMEDANG ABSTRAK Setelah dilakukannya pra-penelitian di kelas V salah satu sekolah dasar di Sumedang, terdapat permasalahan dalam melakukan lari sprint 50 meter. Banyaknya siswa yang melakukan lari sprint dalam keadaan lambat, padahal lari sprint merupakan lari yang dilakukan secara cepat. Maka Solusi yang diharpkan peneliti dengan adanya perlakuan berupa permainan tradisional siswa dapat melakukan lari sprint secepat mungkin, yaitu berupa permainan tradisional kucing-kucingan. Permainan tradisional kucing-kucingan merupakan permainan yang merupakan suatu permainan yang menirukan tingkah laku seorang kucing seperti mengejar dan menangkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan lari sprint melalui pengimplementasiaan permainan tradisional kucing kucingan sebagai bahan acuan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran. Jumlah sampel penelitan ini 15 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel (total sampling), Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen (One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design). Dari hasil penelitian, dinyatakan bahwa imlementasi permainan tradisional kucing-kucingan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan lari sprint 50 meter. Permainan tradisional ini menjadi ide yang bagus agar mendapat inovasi dan kreativitas yang baru bagi siswa, maka dari itu pembelajaran bisa lebih menyenangkan dan tidak monoton serta tujuan dari pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara efektif dengan Setelah dilakukan uji normalitas terdapat data pre-test dan juga post-test berdistribusi NORMAL, dengan skor pre-test (0.18) > 0.05 dan skor post-test (0.30) > 0.05, Setelah dilakukan uji homogenitas terdapat hasil data penelitian bersifat HOMOGEN yakni (0.29) > 0.05. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Paired Sample t-Test, dinyatakan implementasi permainan tradisional kucing-kucingan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan lari sprint 50 meter dan besaran pengaruh tersebut yaitu (0.001) < 0.05 yang berarti H0 DITOLAK. Kata kunci: Atletik, Lari Sprint, Permainan Tradisional IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRADITIONAL CAT AND CAT GAME ON SPRINT RUNNING ABILITY SDN NEGLASARI SUMEDANG ABSTRACT Based on preliminary research conducted in the fifth grade at an elementary school in Sumedang, it was found that there were problems with the student's ability to perform a 50-meter sprint. Many students were sprinting slowly, even though sprinting is a type of running that should be done quickly. The researcher hopes that by implementing a traditional game, students will be able to sprint as fast as possible. The conventional game chosen is "cat-and-mouse," which is a game that imitates the behavior of a cat, such as chasing and catching. This research aims to determine how implementing the "cat-and-mouse " game affects the development of 50-meter sprint ability in fifth-grade elementary school students. This research used an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design, namely the One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. The study's results showed that implementing the "kucing-kucingan" game significantly affected the students' 50-meter sprint ability. The traditional game is a good idea for students to get innovation and creativity so that learning can be more fun and not monotonous, and the learning objectives can be achieved effectively. The effect size was found to be After the normality test was conducted, it was found that the pre-test and post-test data were NORMALLY distributed, with a pre-test score (0.18) > 0.05 and a post-test score (0.30) > 0.05. After the homogeneity test was conducted, it was found that the research data was HOMOGENEOUS, namely (0.29) > 0.05. Furthermore, the Paired Sample T-Test was conducted, and it was stated that the implementation of the traditional game of cat-and-mouse had an effect on the ability to sprint 50 meters, and the magnitude of this effect was (0.001) < 0.05, which means that H0 is REJECTED.
