The ability to think creatively can make it easier for learners to create new ideas based on their skills, solving problems from different perspectives. The objective of this research is to 1) to know the procedures for the development of LKPD Model Project Based Learning, 2) to learn the quality of test instruments such as LKDP, and 3) to know projects of creative thinking ability learning IPS in class VI SD. The methods used in this research are Design and Development (DnD) model of development of research according Plomp. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and instruments test of creativity thinking. The data analysis techniques used in this study according to Miles & Huberman. Instruments developed in the form of LKPD, grids, and exorcism rubrics. The instruments developed are validated by three validators, namely the evaluator, the material expert, and the practitioner. To test the validity of the instrument developed, then validated using Aiken's V formula which yields an average index of 0.94 which belongs to the high valid category. Subsequently, this reliability study used Alpha Cronbach who got a score of 0.793 included in the reliable category. The achievements measured the ability of creative thinking of the students of the sixth grade elementary school obtained the score of 17.33 which belongs to the category of highly creative.
